Opposites attract with Fall’s Ombre Color

Ombre was "THE LOOK" this summer and is still going strong into fall and winter by simply richening up the color for more dramatic transitions.  For those of you that aren't quite sure what the ombre color technique is -- I'm sure you've seen it on some of Hollywood's starlets like Jessica Biel, Drew Berrymore, & Sarah Jessica Parker.  Ombre is a graduation of color from the roots to the ends, almost like the color is melting from one end to the other.  We want to show you two different Tyler Mason ombre looks for fall shown on two of our talented stylists, Melissa & Andrea

Melissa Peter perfected the blonde ombre on Andrea Beadles. Andrea loves her blonde hair and we were able to keep that illusion by having foils of blonde strategically placed to fall around her face. Two different colors were then balayaged in the mid and lower section of her hair to create depth and richness. Try this for a fall/winter blonde look without changing the blonde around the face.

Andrea Beadles touched up Melissa Peter's color around her face keeping it her traditional dark brown. She then balayaged lightener to give a couple different tones through the length of her hair. From dark brown to light blond this look is great for someone who likes low maintenance but wants a pop of color.
