| Let us introduce our newest stylist by allowing you to receive Tyler Mason services at a discount price. All new stylists at Tyler Mason take part in a formalized training program for 6-12 months that includes weekly classes, in and out of salon training and a formalized mentor program. All apprentices and stylists are board certified and are trained in the following areas: technical skills, customer service, business essentials and real salon experience. Each apprentice requires models for certain technical haircuts and coloring. Appointments with apprentices always begin with a thorough consultation, and include a technical haircut and finishing style — the same as a regular salon appointment.
We ask you to keep an open mind and to remember that this is a learning situation and appointments will take longer then regular salon appointments. These appointments are the apprentices’ only opportunity to have hands on training. It is very important you keep your appointment or cancel 48 hours in advance.
Because of the importance of this program, we encourage promptness and patience regarding your appointment.
